General Cable has facilities throughout the USA where it manufactures a variety of wiring products for premise, home, voice and data use. CEATH Company taught a series of workshops to develop project management skills in the premise wiring engineering group. Supervisors from the shop floor and upper management participated as well.

General Cable then asked CEATH Company to develop a series of workshops, based on CEATH Company’s Factory on a Desk-Top™ simulation, to help a large cross section of the company understand the processes and challenges for improving manufacturing effectiveness.
