Link-Belt’s products are large and customized. Every crane is a unique combination of features and options. The company needed help managing projects on the factory floor. A load of steel had to be turned into a product in a week’s time in order to start the next load. The company was falling behind and turned to CEATH Company for help.

CEATH helped Link-Belt understand its processes, then designed the Scheduler’s Workbench, a customized software product to help the company track each manufacturing operation through the process. Even though the system was designed almost a decade ago, it is still in use.

“We couldn’t live without it,” said Terry Clark, production foreman over the crane line.
