When Berea College needed a way to automate its professor and course evaluation system, it turned to CEATH Company.
Working with the college’s Office of Institutional Research and Assessment, CEATH designed a system called CEDAR (Course Evaluation Data Assessment Reporting). The CEDAR system takes students’ scanned evaluations and produces various management reports for individual faculty, their department chairs and tenure review committees.
The system automated a tedious and complex process (one that had been calculated by hand) to produce a succinct and useful feedback of student evaluation data.
